At Teknik Handholds, we stand by the quality of our climbing gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new holds don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused handholds in their original packaging, ensuring they are padded sufficiently to prevent chips or cracks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the holds for signs of use or damage, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
